In about 1910 they merged together with Chris Alderson as leader.  Band members were as follows:  Celest Canori, M. Barton, Mickey and John O&#039;Ban, John Hawks, John Moccom, John Lera, Henry and Lige Burge, Jim Bertello, Charles Moffett, George Moss, Joe and John Bausano, Steve Oversby, George Menegal, Walt Steele, Dominick and Jack Querio, Tommy Chapman, Pete and Frank Genaser, Albert Pistorezi, Pete Tenino, and Frank Koester.  Steve Oversby let for a time but Jim Bertello took over during W.W.I.  Bertello passed away in 1952.<br />

    <summary><![CDATA[Roslyn&#039;s First School.  First school on Dakota Avenue in spring 1887.  Next year frame school house built on Brookside near the Catholic Church.  Building was 50 x 30 and divided into 2 rooms.  In 1890 four-room building was set up at Third and Dakota.  2 rooms were added later.  Later still, a six-room primary school was added in 1900 and enlarged to 8 rooms.  High school was built in 1910 on Second and Idaho.  Building was torn down in 1937 and the high school was torn down in 1947.<br />
