Founder of the Grand Entry Mine near South Cle Elum, Patrick Twomey, is interviewed by the Tribune. Twomey describes geography and wildlife in upper county. Geddes of Ellensburg, owner of the Uncle Sam and Brothe Jonathan iron mine, near the Grand Entre, has plans of sending his ore to the Ellensburg Improvement Co. blast furnace.
