Skookum Cooper Mining Co. is building a wagon road from Roslyn. Mill and engine room will be 30 x 78 feet and will have a company boarding house, a store, and a company barn. Old cabin converted into a blacksmith shop and tool house. Site for a large dam laid out. Saw mill being built. Town site named Koppenville also being laid out. Cottages being built to rent to company members and employees. Houses to have electric lights and water from reservoir. Property consists of 23 claims. A 100-ton cyanide plant is set up financed by 30,000 shares of stock. 50 men will be employed by spring. A.S. Randall is the Secretary and his address is in Roslyn and Ellensburg.
