The National Organization of Women [NOW] met in Spokane, Washington following the 1977 Washington State Conference for Women held in Ellensburg, July 8-10. The bumper sticker, which may have been created for the later NOW conference in Spokane, calls for people to remember what occurred at the Ellensburg conference.
