This is the second page to a letter written October 7, 1975 to the Indian Embassy, G.D.R., by Dr. Usha G. Mahajani. The letter requests a visa for the purpose of attending the International Women's Year World Congress in Berlin that same month. Dr. Usha G. Mahajani, a Political Science professor at Central Washington State College [CWU] from 1967-1978, attended IWY Berlin as a delegate for India.
