This Vietnam pin belonged to Dr. Usha G. Mahajani, a Political Science professor at Central Washington State College [CWU] from 1967-1978, and a IWY Berlin delegate for India. Mahajani collected three pins and a commemorative coin from the International Women's Year World Congress in Berlin, 1975.
